At this time (2/4/13), the only unmeasured items are toilet paper, a garbage bag backpack liner, and the 3 mesh gear sacks I organize my food/clothes/gear into. I may be switching to a larger hose bag and I'm sure I forgot a few small items (toenail clippers come to mind).
When weighed with about 4-5 days of food and full water, my packs weighs about 30 pounds even, which is below one-quarter of my body weight.
